Has anything else changed?

We have clarified several aspects of the pension scheme.

  • We include the holiday allowance on the overtime you have worked and been paid for in your pensionable salary. We were already doing so, but we have now laid it down formally.
  • If you are taking birth leave, then your pension accrual carries on as usual during that period.
  • If you were entitled as an active member to a supplementary old-age pension and partner’s pension (under the conditional pension scheme), then these pensions are converted to additional entitlements in the current pension scheme. We informed you about this at the end of last year. That scheme has ended.
