If you move abroad, your pension pay-out require more data. For instance please inform us if you change address, whether moving abroad or within the Netherlands.
We need to know:

Your email address, either
- in ‘Mijn Pensioencijfers’ (My Pension Figures), under ‘Direct regelen’ (Self-service), ‘Verhuizing doorgeven’ (Change of address); or
- in a letter or email informing us about your new address, accompanied by a copy of your ID (with your photo and BSN obscured if desired)
- Your current bank account number and whether you want to change this (if so, please use the change notification form found under ‘Documenten’ (Documents) on our website)
- An ‘attestatie de vita’ (life certificate), which you need to send us every year to prove that you are still alive abroad. This can be found on our website under ‘Documenten’ (Documents).
Exemption from wage tax if residing abroad
Sometimes, we are not required to deduct contributions and taxes (wage tax) from your pension as we are required in the Netherlands. You can read more about this in ‘Pensioen in het buitenland’ (Pensions abroad) on our website and at www.belastingdienst.nl.
Additional charges may apply
Additional charges may apply if you receive your pension to an account outside of Europe. You will also receive your pension later than the 23rd of the month.
