In March and April, we invited you to take part in a survey on the means of communication we use as a fund. We wanted to get an idea of how satisfied you are with our communication methods. We would like to communicate with you about the status of the fund and the implementation of the pension scheme as best as we can. We would also like to clarify the potential impact of the new pension system and a new pension scheme on your entitlements. We are happy to use the means of communication that suit you best. Thanks to those of you who have already filled in the survey.

Response

  • 808 people completed the survey (27.8%).
  • 213 people abandoned the survey after starting it (7.3%).
  • 1,888 people did not fill in the survey at all (64.9%).

Members are generally satisfied with the communication methods we use. We are pleased with that of course, but that does not mean that there is no room for improvement. We can certainly do more to make information easier to find on the website. We can also work on our customer service. This is mainly about our knowledge of your personal situation and fulfillment of the agreements made.

What are we going to do?

We will carry on using the communication methods that we are currently using, and we will continue to test the search functionality on our website to ensure it is working properly. We will also look at how we can improve the website navigation, so you can find the information you are looking for more quickly and easily. Moreover, we will work with customer service to see how we can improve the service there. We will also use the results of the survey carried out by customer service before and after they contacted you. We will keep you informed.
