We will then send all of your pension information digitally. Digital is faster and more up-to-date than a paper version. Moreover, e-mail is cheaper than a paper version, so there are fewer costs for the pension fund. You have also received a letter about this.
Digital communication is only possible if we have your e-mail address. If you have provided this, no action is required on your part. Otherwise login via ‘My Pension Figures’ (Mijn Pensioencijfers): www.mijnpensioencijfers.nl/dow. My Pension Figures is a secure environment where you can find personal information about your pension. You can login with your DigiD or, if you do not have a DigiD, with your customer number. Please provide us with your e-mail address via ‘My Data’ (Mijn Gegevens).
What is the process after you have provided us with your e-mail address?
You will receive an e-mail from us if there is a new document for you. You can log in to access this document. This is how we guarantee the security of your data. You can also download the document to your own computer or print it.
Would you like to continue to receive information in a paper version?
Then you have returned the reply form that accompanied the letter. You can also indicate in My Pension Figures that you wish to receive your pension information in a paper version.
Please note: are you over 80?
If so, you will have read in your letter that in general you will continue to receive your pension information in a paper version, unless you explicitly indicate that you want to receive it digitally.
