We invite you to participate in a survey, which is open from mid March to Friday 7 April inclusive. We asked:
- how involved you were in administering your pension: whether you actively manage it or not; whether you take responsibility for your own pension or not;
- your opinion on how we communicate with you, such as this PensionUpdate, our website, or emails about the coverage ratio;
- about your experience with our customer service;
- for your ideas on using additional resources.
The results are coming in
Once the survey has closed, we will analyse the results and let you know how we will act on them. Our aim is, of course, to ensure we communicate clearly to everyone about their pension and our pension fund, in a way that works for them.
